APi Water 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Pure Pools, Inc. dba APi ("APi"), we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If, after being used in accordance with APi’s product use instructions, for any reason you are not satisfied with an EZRES or EZPRO product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement product.  Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the APi 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.  Please note that claims qualifying for chlorine treatment under the No Algae Guaranteed program below will be addressed under that program rather than the APi 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

NO ALGAE GUARANTEED PROGRAM FOR E-Z POOL® AND REVIVE®! PRODUCTS

In addition to the APi 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee above, APi stands behind the ability of its E-Z POOL® and Revive!® products to keep your residential swimming pool algae-free when used together and in accordance with APi’s directions.  If your residential swimming pool develops algae, having used E-Z POOL® and Revive!® products purchased from one of our authorized sellers in accordance with APi’s product instructions, APi will cover the cost to eliminate the algae from your pool via reimbursement to your dealer for the cost of a chlorine shock to eliminate algae.  Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the No Algae Guaranteed program is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  The No Algae Guaranteed program is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser and use in residential swimming pools.  In addition to the requested information below as part of the guarantee claim process, you will be required to submit a completed No Algae Guarantee Claim form, available from APi upon request by emailing info@apiwater.com, including verification of the E-Z POOL® Startup program and proper application/dosage of E-Z POOL®, along with a documented water test from an authorized dealer (proper water balance, chlorine minimum 1.0 and phosphates under 250 ppm).

How to Claim the Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request under either of the programs above, please return to the seller from whom you purchased the product.  If you are unable to return your product to that seller, please complete the online form available at https://www.apiwater.com/contact-us/, email us at info@apiwater.com, or call us at 1 (800) 407-9964.  Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product, along with information regarding your swimming pool treatment program and how the APi products were used.  If your request is approved, APi may then require that you mail the unused portion of your EZPRO or EZRES product, a proof of purchase, and your case number to:

APi may also require that you submit photos of your product, including batch and lot information, and/or photos of your pool to APi as part of the claims process.  Claims under the APi 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be submitted within 45 days of the date of purchase.  Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

APi reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Satisfaction Guarantee or No Algae Guaranteed program requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused either the APi 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee or No Algae Guaranteed program.
